Richard’s choral music, both sacred and secular, serves all ages: from school choir (Folk Song Suite) to cathedral choir (Hodie Christus natus est); from secular poetry settings for divisi a cappella groups (The Wind Among the Reeds), to large-scale cantatas for soli, choir and orchestra (The Returning).  There is sacred music for Christmas (There was Sweet Music) and other liturgical occasions (By This Will All Men Know).
